摘    要:本研究应用激光光测弹性法,探讨了复合材料硬化成形条件(硬化温度、冷却时间、硬化时间对基体与增强纤维间界面近旁所发生残留应力的影响、并应用图像处理的方法、以提高测试结果的精度。测试结果表明,冷却时间和硬化时间对复合材料界面应力变化没有明显的影响;而硬化温度对复合材料界面应力变化有明显影响。

Abstract:The paper presents analysis of the boundary stress characteristics of composite materials by laser photoelastic method. The relationship between the residual thermal stress at the interface in thermosetting composite materials and the thermohardening conditions such as the hardening time, the hardening temperature and cooling time have been analyzed. Semi-automatic method for analysis of interference fringe using image scanner and micro-computer has been developed and the method is applied to the analysis of the residual thermal stress at the interface in glass fiber reinforced epoxy resin. The results suggested that thermosetting temperature should be precisely countrolled for improving the residual thermal stress effects to the stress-strain characteristics of the composite materials.
