自由泳转身技术分析

本文采用文献资料法，对自由泳中的转身技术进行分析，分别对自由泳的转身技术分阶段技术特点进行分析，并指出容易出现的错误，出现错误的原因以及纠正的方法，并把自由泳的转身阶段分为游进池壁、转身、蹬壁、滑行、出水等五个阶段，细化分析自由泳转身每个技术阶段的特点以及训练时应该注意的事项。旨在为自由泳运动员的转身训练水平和竞技水平的提高提供一些理论参考依据，只有掌握好正确的自由泳转身才能在比赛过程中利用转身技术节省体力和时间，以创造佳绩。

Freestyle Turned and Technical Analysis

In this paper, at the first stage, literature review method was used to analyse to the freestyle turn technology and freestyle turns staged technical characteristics respectively. Secondly the paper pointed out those prone errors and the main reasons for the mistakes and correcting method. Thirdly, it divided the freestyle turn stage into swimming pool wall, turn off the wall, water and slide. This should pay attention to the refinement analysis characteristics of freestyle turn each stage technology and training. The aim is to provide some theoretical reference for the freestyle athletes to promote the training level and athletic level. Only when obtain the proper freestyle turned technology, the success in the completion will be made for saving energy and time.
