浅谈中小型家族药品批发企业的人力资源管理——基于《新版药品GSP》的实施

2013年6月1日起正式实施新修订的《药品经营质量管理规范》,对药品批发企业将产生深远的影响,尤其对中小型家族药品批发企业来说既是一次挑战,也是一个机遇。企业应抓住时机,针对《药品经营质量管理规范》的各项条款,重新界定本企业的人力资源管理模式,搞好选人、育人、用人、留人等工作,稳定劳资关系,提升企业竞争力,促进企业在三年过渡期内繁荣发展,不断壮大。

Discussion on Small and Medium-sized Family Pharmaceutical Wholesale Enterprises Human Resource Management--Based on the New Drugs GSP Implementation

The formal implementation of the newly revised Drug Quality Control Standards has been carried out since June 1 2013. It will have a profound impact on the pharmaceutical wholesale enterprises, especially on small and medium-sized family pharmaceutical wholesale business. For them, it is both a challenge and an opportunity. Enterprises should seize the opportunity for the Drug Quality Control Standards provisions to redefine the company＇s human resource management and improve selection, education, employment and so on to stabilize labor relations, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, encourage enterprises to flourish in the three-year transitional period and continue to grow.
