采收成熟度对烤烟烟叶常规化学成分的影响

摘    要:成熟度是烟叶质量的核心要素,明确适宜的采收成熟度对提高烟叶质量具有重要意义。通过对不同采收成熟度的烤后烟叶的主要化学成分进行近红外测定和数据分析,结果发现,成熟度为适熟时期的中部叶的总糖和还原糖含量为31.8998%和24.3905%;烟碱含量2.6628%,总氮含量1.9317%,氯含量0.2479%,钾含量2.0454%,其化学成分最为协调,最符合优质烤烟的标准。

Abstract:Maturity is a core element of tobacco quality, and obviously, the appropriate harvest maturity plays a very important role in improving tobacco quality. Through our near-infrared measurement and data analysis on different periods of harvest maturity on the baked tobacco leaves, we found that the middle leaves in period of appropriate maturity had total sugar and reducing sugar content of 31.8998% and 24.3905%, respectively, while the tobacco Alkali content was 2.6628%, nitrogen content was 1.9317%, chlorine content was 0.24795%, potassium content was 2.0454%. To sum up, the middle leaves in period of appropriate maturity' s chemical composition was the most coordinated, and they belong to the best quality tobacco.
