摘    要:从理论出发,通过影响溢流固相浓度的两大因素底流固相浓度和分流比所进行的对比实验,定性地总结出了溢流固相浓度的变化规律,以便提高黄河水泥沙分离过程中水力旋流器的溢流性能.实验分析表明,在黄河水泥沙分离过程中,寻求最优的底流口直径是提高水力旋流器性能最有效的途径.

Abstract:Variation pattern of solid-phase concentration of the overflow from a hydrocyclone is qualitatively summarized on theoretical basis as well as by means of comparative experiment on two important factorssolid-phase concentration of underflow and split ratio of the flow,which have influence on the solid-phase concentration of the overflow,so as to improve the overflow performance of hydrocyclone in the process of separation of sediments from Yellow River's water.It is shown by the experimental analysis that finding an optional diameter of underflow drain port is the best way to improve the performance of the hydrocyclone for the separation.
