| 摘 要： | 张德彝是近代中国较早迈出国门走向世界的职业外交官。作为驻外使节旅居欧洲期间,对近代西方外交制度进行了实地考察。在对其认同接受的基础上,详细介绍了西方近代外交制度的各个方面,从而为中国传统外交制度的改革提供理论和观念的支持,在一定程度上推动了晚清外交近代化的进程。

| Abstract: | Zhang De-yi is the career diplomat of modern China who go to the world earlier.While living in European as a dispolomat,he investigated the modern western diplomatic system.He admitted and accepted it.besides,Zhang de yi also introduced western modern diplomatic system in detail.This offered the support of theory and idea for reforming China's traditional diplomatic system and promoted the development of traditional Chinese diplomacy transforming into modern diplomatic system. |
