储能建材性质的改善及相变温度的优化

摘    要:对两组二元相变物质混合物C22H44O2+C16H34和C18H38+C16H34渗入民用建筑材料基体所形成的储能建材,进行了差热分析(DTA),得到了相变温度的变化规律,给储能建材相变温度的优化提供了必要手段.基于节能目标建立了相变温度的寻优数值模型,分析了气候的影响及寻优的效果.对相变物质建材表面的结霜趋势进行了讨论,建议以使用相变物质混合物作为控制结霜的一种主要方法

Improvement on the Properties of Energy Storing Constructional Material and Optimization of the Phase Change Temperature
Abstract:The relationships between the phase change temperature of the energy storing constructional material and the composition of the mixture of phase change materials (PCM) are measured with the differential thermal analysis. The samples for DTA test are made of two groups of binary PCM mixtures, with butyl stearate hexadecane ( n ) and octadecane (n ) hexadecane ( n )to be permeated into the fiber reinforced gypsum wallboard respectively. The binary PCM mixtures are used to provide the necessary means of realizing the optimization of the phase change temperature. To save energy, a computer based numerical model for optimizing the phase change temperature is developed and the affecting factors and results of calculation are analyzed. The tendency to bloom on the surface of the energy storing material is discussed and it is suggested that the PCM mixtures be used to prevent the blooming tendency.
