基础研究人才培养模式研究——以浙江为例

浙江省的基础研究工作在结合浙江经济、社会需求、资源特点和优势,为解决本地区经济和社会发展的突出问题提供战略性、基础性、前瞻性的知识储备和科学支撑中,形成了培育型、传帮带型、海归型、实践型、产业型和国内引进型等具有浙江特色的基础研究人才培养模式。建议继续增加对基础研究的投入,构建高层次人才培养高地,提高基础研究队伍整体素质和在学术界的影响,为“创业富民、创新强省”战略的实施提供有力的支撑。

Research of Training Mode of Basic Research Talent in Zhejiang

The basic research is important for the training and growth of innovative talents. Zhejiang provincial basic research system have formed some training mode of basic research talent which is with Zhejiang characteristics,such as nurturing type,returnee type,pass on-help-guide, practice type,industrial type,bring in domestic and so on,which combine the economic and social needs,features and advantage in resources of Zhejiang province,provide strategic,basic,prospective knowledge reserve and scientific support for the resolve of prominent problem in the economic and social development.
