| Abstract: | This paper probes into the main factors influencing the progress and quality of the reinforcement of the small-sized dilapidated reservoirs such as the insufficient depth of the first-phase preparations,the shortage of the funds,the irregular project management,and non-construction of the management system with the benign cycle,and puts forward some methods for solving these problems. |
