| 摘 要： | 从“以人为本”教育现出发，在深刻理解其涵义的基础上，探讨了“以人为本”教育观对高校体育教学改革的启示，并从高校体育教学目标、教学内容、教学方法、体育教师、教学评价等方面进行了分析，为高校体育教学改革提供参考依据。
