电化学聚合漆酚钴配合物的合成及表征

摘    要:将电化学方法合成的聚合漆酚 ( EPU )与氯化钴的异丙醇溶液作用 ,生成聚合漆酚钴配合物膜( EPU-Co2 + ) .采用 XPS、 FT-IR、 DMTA、 AES和 EPM等进行表征 ,确定该配合物的配位结构 (即每个钴离子与 EPU中二个链节单元的羟基发生配位 ) ,AES分析结果表明钴含量达 8.1 3% .配合物的电阻为1 .74× 1 0 1 1 Ω ( EPU为 7.9× 1 0 1 0 Ω) .由于存在着钴离子与 EPU的配位作用 ,并引起进一步交联 ,因此玻璃化转变温度和耐热性能均得到提高

Abstract:The membrane of cobalt electropolyurushiol coordination polymer was obtained by the reaction of cobalt chloride isopropyl alcohol solution with electropolyurushiol. The membrane of coordination polymer was characterized by XPS, FT-IR, DMTA , AES and EPM, and its composition and structure were determined. Each Co2+ ion is coordinated by hydroxyl from two units in the EPU molecule. The content of Co2+ reached up to 8.13%. Its electric resistance was 1.74×1011 Ω(that of EPU was 7.9×1010 Ω). It showed that there is a certain coordination between Co2+ and electropolyurushiol in the coordination polymer, thus cross link was formed. Therefore its glass transition temperature increases and heat resistance is enhanced considerably.
