微波辅助提取掌叶覆盆子黄酮工艺研究

摘    要:掌叶覆盆子(RubuschingiiHu)为蔷薇科悬钩子属植物,其近成熟的果实入药称为覆盆子,味甘、酸、性温,归肾、膀胱经,具有益肾固精,养肝明目的功效。本研究利用微波辅助提取,采用单因素和正交分析,获得提取覆盆子中总黄酮的最佳生产工艺及参数:提取溶剂为乙醇浓度为50%,微波功率中高火,料液比为1:6,时间30秒,得率为2.54%的优化提取工艺。

Abstract:Rubus chingii Hu is the Rosaceae Rubus botany, and the dry unfledged fruits as a Chinese herb are called Fupenzi. Fu- penzi tastes sweet and sour .It is good for kidney, liver and eyes. Our study is Microwave assisted extractian, We used single factor and orthogonal test. From the result we get the optimal extraction condition is the volume ethanol 50%, microwave power high fire, ratio of material to liqud 1:6 , time is 30 seconds, the content 2.54% .
