矿用装载机铲斗有限元强度分析

摘    要:建立了矿用装载机三维模型,并分析铲斗的受力情况,针对铲斗插入、铲取和提升3个不同阶段,在ABAQUS 有限元分析软件中完成了不同边界条件和载荷的施加,得到装载机铲斗的受力分布规律,输出了铲斗不同工作状态下的等效应力云图和等效位移云图。结果表明,铲斗的最大等效应力和最大等效位移均在铲取阶段,插入阶段的应力和位移最小,提升阶段的应力和位移介于两者之间。

The Finite Element Strength Analysis of Mine Loader Shovel
Abstract:The three dimensional model of mine loader shovel has been established and the stress situation of shovel has been analyzed.Aiming at the three different steps of shovel insertion,shovel and lifting,the dif-ferent boundary conditions and loads have been finished by applying ABAQUS finite element analysis soft-ware,and the stress distribution of loader shovel has been obtained.The equivalent stress and displacement under different conditions were exported.The results show that both the maximum equivalent stress and displacement have been obtained at the shovel stage.The stress and displacement are the smallest at the in-sertion stage,and the stress and displacement at the lifting stage are between the insertion stage and shovel stage,which can provide the reference and suggestion for further optimization of loader shovel.
