CTL免疫反应的HIV感染模型的动力学分析

摘    要:利用Nowak和Bargham提出的考虑CTL免疫反应HIV病毒的动力学模型,给出具有生物意义的三个平衡态,并用routh-Hnrwitz定理,Maple软件,对复杂的模型进行稳定性分析,发现CTL反应对疾病的发展起着关键作用.

Dynamical Analysis of HIV Infection Model with CTL Immune Response

Abstract:In this paper, Routh-Hurwitz theorem, Maple software and HIV dynamics model with CTL immunoreaction which brought forword by Nowak and Bargham, have been used for stability analysis of complicated model under three balance state having biological significance, the results show that the CTL immunoreaction takes key part in development of disease.
