氯仿萃取工业废水中二甲基甲酰胺的实验研究

摘    要:本文采用模拟的工业废水,即二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)与水混合液(DMF质量分数为0.1),以自制5级箱式混合澄清槽为萃取装置,以氯仿(CHCl3)萃取剂萃取工业废水中DMF.研究了流比R(萃取剂与水相料液的流量之比)、萃取剂流量、搅拌强度和料液组成对萃取效果的影响.由实验可知,较佳的操作条件是流比拧为2,萃取剂流量为3.6L·h^-1,搅拌器转速为100r.min^-1.在此条件下,萃取率可达91%.

Study on Extraction of N,N-dimethylformamide from Wastewater by Chloroform

Abstract:The simulative mixed solution of N, N-dimethylformamide (DMF) and trichloromethane (CHCI3), the mass fraction of DMF in which was 0.1 percent, a five-stage box-type mixer-settler was assigned as the extraction equipment to extract DMF from wastewater by chloroform. The influencing factors on the extract efficiency, inchlding flow ratio (R), feed flux, agitation intensity, and feed composition on the extract efficiency were investigated. The results indicated that the optimum operating parameters were as follows: the flow ratio (R) was 2, the rate of feed flux was 3.6 L.h^-1, the agitation intensity, was 100 r·min^-1. Under the above conditions, the total extraction yield conld reach 91%.
