影响福建省高校体育教师职业倦怠的因素分析

体育教师作为教师群体中的一部分，同样也存在着职业倦怠现象．通过福建省普通高等院校体育教师的调研分析，发现福建省高校体育教师职业倦怠现象在心理上和工作上表现比较突出，而对其影响的因素来自社会、学校和个人心理三个层面，要改变这种状况也必须从这三个层面入手采取相应的对策．

Analysis on the Burnout Characteristics and Influencing Factors of Fujian College Physical Education Teachers

As a group of teachers, the Physical education teachers also have the phenomenon of burnout.It is found by researching of the physical education teachers in Fujian Province＇s colleges and universities that physical education teachers in the psychological phenomenon of burnout and work performance of the more prominent.The factors that influence it from the social, psychological and individual schools at three levels.So,it must to take corresponding countermeasures from the start with three levels to change this situation.
