摘    要:研究了一种高水溶性的环糊精衍生物羟乙基-β-环糊精(HECD)溶液对弱极性有机农药五氯酚(PCP)的增溶作用、土壤中PCP的洗脱去除作用以及对PCP的光降解的影响.实验结果表明,HECD的存在使PCP农药在水中的溶解度显著增加,增溶作用主要是由于农药与HECD形成包合物而引起的;但HECD的存在对土壤中的PCP的洗脱去除效果却不明显;而且由于β-CD及HECD与PCP形成稳定的包合物,能保护客体分子反而抑制其光解,HECD对PCP光解的影响比β-CD更显著.

Abstract:A highly water-soluble derivate of hydroxythyl-β-cyclodextrin(HECD) solution was studied for its solubilization action of pentachlorophenol(PCP),elution removal action of PCP in soil,and photodegradation action of PCP.The results showed that the aqueous solubility of PCP was increased markedly with the existence of HECD.The solubilization effect was caused by the formation of inclusion complexes of pesticides with HECD.But PCP in soil could not remove effectively by elution with HECD solution,and β-CD and HECD can restrains photodegradation of PCP because of formation of the steady inclusion complex. In a word, the effects of HECD on PCP photodegradation are more significant than that of β-CD.
