| 摘 要： | 本研究的目的是探讨：如何培养民办学校初中生学习自我控制能力．研究方法是：从团体训练入手，培养学生学会自我表现设定学习目标，增加成功体验，学会正确的归因，对一所民办中学的一个班进行二个月的训练，最后与对照班进行比较，了解培养方法的有效性．实验结果表明：实验干预对提高学生的自控倾向有一定的帮助．中等自控力水平的学生和低自控力水平的学生的培养效果更好．本研究的培养方案需进一步的完善．

| Abstract: | The purpose is how to cultivate students＇ learning self-control in a collectively owned school？ The method is to teach students seting up learning goal, increase success experience, accurate attribution by group training, it is result： it can improve student＇s trend of self-control; especial helpful for students who have middling level of learning self-control. The scheme of train need perfect in the future. |
