对我国篮球后备力量培养体制的探讨

近年来我国篮球运动的成绩起落不定，出现这种现象的原因固然是多方面的，但就目前我国单一的“举国培养体制”不能不引起我们的深思．后备人才培养是竞技体育的战略问题，也是一个系统工程，不能一蹴而就，只有重视后备人才的梯队建设，我国的竞技体育才能持续发展目前中国篮球运动的缺陷，也是中国篮球的战略生机所在．我们必须有一个清醒的认识，并给予足够的重视，那么中国篮球的运动水平才能得到迅速提高和发展
