顺丁橡胶/丙烯酸酯橡胶/甲基乙烯基硅橡胶共混材料制备及性能

摘    要:用顺丁橡胶(BR)、丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM)和甲基乙烯基硅橡胶(MVQ)共混的方法,研制具有优异力学性能和耐热性能的共混材料.通过样品力学性能及热老化性能的测定,确定共混的最佳配比和制备工艺;采用傅里叶变换红外光谱分析(FT-IR)和差示扫描量热仪分析(DSC)测试手段,研究了并用胶的表面形貌和化学组成.结果表明:BR/ACM/MVQ并用胶的相容性好于ACM/MVQ的相容性,BR能够与ACM和MVQ形成交联网络.BR的加入改善了ACM/MVQ的相容性,增大的相界面积和分子链段的运动,降低了BR/ACM/MVQ的玻璃化温度(t_g),同时,力学性能及耐热性能明显改善.

Abstract:The blend method of cis-polybutadiene rubber(BR) ,acrylic rubber(ACM) and poly(methyl vinyl siloxane) (silicon rubber having both methyl and vinyl substituent groups on the polymer chain,MVQ) was introduced to prepare excellent blend on the mechanical and thermal properties.
