金刚石弥散TZP陶瓷的摩擦和磨损性能及其磨损机制的研究

摘    要:在干摩擦条件下,在M-200磨损试验机上对金刚石弥散增强TZP陶瓷的摩擦和磨损性能进行了观察。摩擦试验表明,金刚石含量愈高,摩擦系数愈低,并且愈稳定。磨损试验还表明,金刚石微粉的添加可显著降低该陶瓷的磨损率。用扫描电子显微镜观察磨痕形貌特征。该陶瓷的磨损是以塑尾切削和微区脆性剥离断裂机制为主。并认为硬度和断裂韧性对改善该陶瓷材料的耐磨性能有重要意义。

Abstract:The friction and wear properties of diamond pediculatedispersed TZP ceramics have been ivestigsted by M-200 wear testingmachine. The results indicate that the more the fraction of diamondis, the lower and steadier the friction coefficient will be. The weartests show that the specific wear rate markedly decreases with the addition of diamond microgrits. The morphology characteristic of wearscar of the compostics is determined with scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The resrlts show that possible mechanisms of the comPOsites are the plaStic cutting and lateral fracture. It is bebieved thathardness and fracture toughness play an important role for improvingwear resistallce of the composites.
