临床医学院教师课堂教学效果质量分析

摘    要:目的:对临床医学院教师课堂教学效果进行统计和分析,为进一步提高教师课堂教学效果提供参考。方法:收集2001年9月至2007年1月学院领导、专家和学生对讲课教师的《教学评议表》共798份,按教学效果评定等级,结合卡方检验进行分析。结果:①各学期教学效果的总评成绩非常接近;②高级职称教师的课堂教学效果较好,不同职称的教师之间具有显著差异;③学生对教师的课堂教学评议与专家同行的评议结果基本一致。结论:6年来我院课堂教学质量和效果比较好,具有持续性、稳定性和可靠性。

Abstract:Objective: To provide reference for further improving the class teaching effect through analyzing the statistics of classroom instruction effect in the College of Clinical Medicine.Method: dividing the teaching effect into grades based on the collection of 798 "Teaching Appraisal Cards" from the college leaders,experts and the students filled from September,2001 to January,2007,using the card information as reference.Result:① The teaching effects in various semesters are almost the same;② Professors' and associate professors' classroom instruction effect is better than others',and there is remarkable gap between different title teachers;③The evaluation by students and the evaluation by experts are on the whole the same.Conclusion: Our classroom instruction quality and effect have been good from September,2001 to January,2007.
