| 摘 要： | 报道了从烟叶浸膏中提取和制备高纯度茄尼醇的方法.研究了茄尼醇的质谱,结果表明茄尼醇的裂解具有逐个失去异戊烯结构单元形成系列离子碎片,碎片丰度随n值降低而逐步递增的特征.

| Abstract: | solanesol with high purity was isolated from extractum tobacco.The mass spectram of solane-sol was studied in this paper.Resultindicated thatthe mass spectramcharacteristic of solanesol have twopoints: lose constractunitof isopentene one by one and formseries of ion pieces,the fragmentabundanceis increasing by the descending of n value. |
