摘    要:TRIZ作为一种新兴事物引入到中国以来倍受重视,国家科技部从建设创新型国家的战略高度出发,提出大力开展创新方法工作,因此一批学校和企业开始进行TRIZ的研究和应用.本文从企业推广TRIZ创新方法的意义着手,阐述TRIZ创新方法的内涵和精髓,根据TRIZ在企业的推广现状,总结遇到的问题,并通过国内外案例、国内推广现状层层分析,归纳出企业在推广应用TRIZ创新方法过程中的注意事项和应对措施.

Research on the Promotion and Application of TRIZ Innovation in Enterprise
Abstract:TRIZ,as an emerging thing,has been attached to great importance since its introduction into China. From the strategic height of building an innovative country,Ministry of Science and Technology has pro?posed to greatly carry out work with innovation method,thus,many schools and enterprises have launched re?search and application about TRIZ. This article elaborates the connotation and essence of TRIZ from the mean?ing of promoting TRIZ,and also summarizes problems according to the present situation of promoting TRIZ in enterprises. In addition,this article concludes some attentions and solutions in the process of promoting TRIZ by analyzing elaborately the cases at home and abroad and the present situation of domestic promoting.
