中小企业实施自主创新战略途径研究

中小企业总体上存在技术水平较低、技术创新人才匮乏、信息获取能力较弱、融资能力较差及技术支持平台不强等不利因素，严重影响了自主创新活动的开展．中小企业要实施依靠自身努力和探索产生技术突破的自主创新战略，就必须通过积极争取政府和社会创新资源，主动加入社会创新组织，充分调动企业内部创新资源等有效途径，才能突破这些制约瓶颈的束缚，从而提升其市场竞争能力，实现可持续发展．

On the strategies of independent innovations in SMEs

There are many adverse factors in the SMEs（Small and medium-sizde enterprises）in China, such as the low technical level, weak ability to obtain external information, lacking technical supporting platform and high-level innovative talents. Consequently, the capability of independent innovation is largely restricted. In order to change the situation, the SMEs should make the best use of the national supporting policies,the public supporting platform and the socialized service system to strive for the in- novation resources from the government and the society; they have to join the integrate industrial cluster and virtual organization and participate in the university-industry cooperations;they should also make ef- forts to shape the innovation culture of the corporation,grasp the innovation opportunity and fully mobi- lize the internal innovation resources. Only through all the above strategies can the independent innova- tion strategy of the SMEs be implemented effectively and their market competitiveness be enhanced. Fi- nally,sustainable development will be achieved in SMEs.
