| 摘 要： | 利用溶剂法对葡萄籽中的低聚原花色素进行了提取研究 ,确定了混合溶剂 (乙酸乙酯 +水 )提取体系 ,并对原料的选择进行了讨论。本方法使低聚原花色素提取产率达 0 .4%～ 0 .6 % ,质量分数≥ 98%。

| Abstract: | Extraction of oligoproanthocyanidins from grape seeds is studied.A mixed solvent system of ethy1 acetate/water is developed,and the raw material selection is also discussed.By the present method,high yields(0 4%~0 6%)can be obtained,and the mass fractions of the extracts are more than 98%. |
