嘧啶氧磷毒性和解毒试验研究

摘    要:本文报道了嘧啶氧磷的急性经口,经皮毒性和解毒试验研究结果。嘧啶氧磷对小白鼠经口LD50为87mg/kg,大白鼠经口LD50为183mg/kg,大白鼠经皮LD50为1062mg/kg,氯磷定对嘧啶氧磷中毒有良好的解毒效果。

Abstract:The toxicity and detoxication of N23, an organophosphorus insecticide, were studied in mice and rats. Oral LD 50 of the compound was 87 mg/kg to mice, 183mg/kg to rats. Its dermal LD 50 was 1062mg/kg to rats. The results of detoxication test shown that 2 pam chloride (2 pyridinealdoxime methochloride was efficacious antidote for mice treated by N23.
