摘    要:为减小网络延时对系统控制性能不良影响和实现冗余结构工业以太网系统控制要求,利用负载分析理论乖排队论,建立了网络延时计算模型,挣出了延时计算方法;根据该网垮延时,在传统PID控制器设计方法基础上,以保证系统时域与频域性能指标为评价目标,提出了利用遗传算法朱实现PID参数整定.为扩大算法的搜索空间,获得更多最优解,引入了排挤小生境策略,设计了基于该策略下系统设计的遗传算法。

Abstract:For reducing the bad effect on industrial ethernet network control system (IECS), which results from network delay time, and assuring the control requirements of IECS, the computing model of network delay time was built and its computing approach was presented on the base of load analysis and queue theory. By use of the network delay time and traditional PID controller design approach, GA (Genetic Algorithm) was proposed to implement PID tuning for meeting time-frequency requirements. In order to enlarge searching scopes and get more excellent individuals, by introducing crowding niche strategy to GA, the design approach of IECS based GA with the strategy was proposed.
