摘    要:探索一种实现超窄间隙焊接的新方法.采用5 mm的坡口间隙,将特定成分的焊剂带沿坡口侧壁送入电弧区,对电弧进行约束,可阻止电弧沿侧壁攀升;同时能有效控制电弧的加热区域,保证坡口两侧壁的有效熔合.设计并试验研究焊剂带约束电弧超窄间隙焊接的焊枪.导电嘴采用弹簧片作用的双铜板结构,通过建立描述导电嘴在夹紧焊丝时的变形及受力方程,精确设计导电铜板的几何形状,保证其可靠导电性和耐用性.试验表明,焊剂带与电弧的相对位置,以及合适的送焊剂带速度是保证稳定焊接过程的关键.

Abstract:A novel approach was sought to realize UNGW. For groove gap of 5 mm in width,flux strips made of special aggregates were put into arc zone along the gap sidewalls.Flux strips could constrain the arc to prevent it from going upward,and control the heating zone effectively to ensure good fusion of the sidewalls.A new welding torch was designed for ultra-narrow welding with flux strips constraining arc.Its conductive spout was a spring structure with double copper plates.To ensure reliable conductivity and endurance of this spout,equations describing its deformation and force action on it were set up to design the geometry of the copper plates accurately.The results of experiment showed that proper relative position between the flux strips and arc could ensure steady welding!process.And the transfer speed of flux strips was another key factor for the latter.
