Study on the Professional Development of Head Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Positive Psychology

Positive psychology, taking people＇ s positive qualities, such as potential and virtue as the core of research, is science to arouse man＇ s inner positive force and excellent qualities to achieve happiness. It has important implications for the professional development of head teachers. Applying it to the professional development of head teachers is reflected in four aspects： deepening the professional consciousness to strengthen occupation identity; improving the training system to promote professional qualities; implementation of scientific evaluation to motivate professional growth; and awakening self-consciousness to activate the power of professional development.
