摘    要:积极心理学是一种以人的发展潜力和美德等积极品质为研究核心,致力于激发人内在的积极力量和优秀品质并走向幸福的科学,对于班主任专业化发展有重要启示.在班主任专业化发展的运用中体现为四个方面:深化专业意识,增强职业归属认同;完善培训体系,促进专业素养提升;实施科学评价,激励专业道路成长;唤醒自觉意识,激活专业发展动力.

Abstract:Positive psychology, taking people' s positive qualities, such as potential and virtue as the core of research, is science to arouse man' s inner positive force and excellent qualities to achieve happiness. It has important implications for the professional development of head teachers. Applying it to the professional development of head teachers is reflected in four aspects: deepening the professional consciousness to strengthen occupation identity; improving the training system to promote professional qualities; implementation of scientific evaluation to motivate professional growth; and awakening self-consciousness to activate the power of professional development.
