摘    要:随着市场经济的发展,企业对高技能人才的需求有增无减,而我国的高技能人才供给却远远不能满足实际需求.如何培养高技能人才,增强供给,是企业、学校和政府共同思考的问题.相较于学校、企业单独培养高技能人才来说,校企合作的高技能人才培养方式被广泛研究和应用.在分析目前校企合作高技能人才培养优势和存在问题的基础上,提出校企合作高技能人才培养的第三主体模式,及其具体的操作方法.

Abstract:With the development of market economy, enterprises need more and more high-skilled talents, while the supply can not meet the actual demand. So enterprises, schools and government all work on how to train high-skilled talents effectively to increase supply. Compared with the model of schools or enterprises individually training high-skilled talents, the mode of school-enterprise cooperation of highskilled talents training is extensively studied and applied. Based on the analysis of the advantages and problems of the current school-enterprise cooperation in training high-skilled talents, the paper puts forward the mode of the third subject of talents training, and concludes specific operation methods of the mode.
