| Abstract: | This paper describes a new instrument with digital readout. Itis based on a grating sensor and a microprocessor, especially designed formeasurement of displacement. A microprocessor is utilized to accomplish somefunctions with software. Microprocessor control makes it easy to operate,stable and reliable. The proposed instrument can be broadly used to performdisplacement measurement in the sites of mechanical industry. |
