| 摘 要： | 在系统查阅国内外相关文献的基础上,总结出厕蝇科昆虫作为病原所致的世界范围内蝇蛆症的概况。包括蝇蛆症的概念、类型及国内外研究概况、厕蝇科分类地位、生物学特征、致病种类。综合厕蝇所致蝇蛆病例17例,包括国内14例,国外3例。从寄生部位来看,该类昆虫主要引起泌尿生殖道,消化道蝇蛆症。其寄生类型均为偶然性寄生。

| Abstract: | The general situation of myiasis caused by Fanniidae at home and abroad is reviewed,including the concept of myiasis,types and the research situation at home and abroad,Fanniidae classified status,biological characteristics and pathogenic types are included.The cases caused by Fanniidae are summed,included 14 domestic cases and 4 foreign 4 cases.It mainly parasitize genitourinary tract and alimentary canal.Its parasitic types is accidental. |
