| 摘 要： | 教育的均衡发展,是契合时代特征的一种全新的教育理念和教育发展观。义务教育的均衡发展对于保障教育公平和提高教育质量都有重要意义。为此,国家及省市必须建立系统的义务教育质量监测体系,对农村及各级学校进行检测,促进教育均衡发展。

| Abstract: | The balanced development of education is a totally new theory and a developed idea that fits the characteristics of the times.The balanced development of compulsory education is very significant to ensure the educational equity and improve the educational quality.Therefore,the quality monitoring system of compulsory education in states and cities must be established to detect schools at all levels,in the result of promoting the balanced development of education. |
