| 摘 要： | 分析了人员、设备状态、工艺和管理方式等方面的不确定性因素对第三方设备管理商战略选择的影响，指出第三方设备管理商需要以主动的姿态真诚地与企业保持长期的合作关系，与企业进行设备管理理念的沟通，对设备的操作流程和人员进行规范化的培训，并且与企业一起对设备状态进行认定后签订基于设备绩效的合同，这是第三方设备管理商与企业共同发展的战略选择．

| Abstract: | The impact of uncertain factors such as human resources, process, equipment and leadership on strategy selections of the third maintenance company was analyzed. The third maintenance company should take the initiative and maintain a long-term cooperation relationship with enterprises. The process includes communicating with enterprises in respect of management philosophy, operating training, staff training and signing an asset performance based contract after identifying the asset condition. |
