Abstract:Concepts of time and space as well as consumer charateristic of market,and the market behaviour,all have changed remarkably with the rapid development of computer technology and especially Internet;so Internet Marketing assumes.Therefore,recongnition of Internet Marketing conception and adopting respective Internet Marketing stratatgem will be the key facter for enterprises to success in market competition.
