摘    要:在KCl底液中,加入过量的NaOH标准溶液溶解氟哌酸,用HCl标准溶液滴定过量的NaOH,以ZnCl_2作指示剂,由示波极谱图上Zn~(2+)的切口变化指示滴定终点。方法简便、快速,用于不同批号原料药样品的测定,其值与药典法所测结果基本一致。

Abstract:Norfloxacinum ( FPA ) is solved in the excessive NaOH standard solution with KC1 base solution. The excess of NaOH is titrated with HCl standard solution. ZnCl2 is used as an indicator. The change of the Zn2+ incision on dE/dt = f ( E ) curve is used to indicate the end point of titration. The method is simple and rapid. Almost the same results as the indicated values in the pharmacopoeia are obtained when the different specimens are determined.
