基于物种竞争模型的快递跟进者竞争策略分析

摘    要:针对快递跟进者面对竞争日趋激烈的物流快递市场应如何选择竞争策略这个问题,在对快递跟进者优劣势进行分析的基础上,建立了基于物种竞争模型的快递跟进者竞争策略选择模型。通过分析、论证表明。影响策略选择的重要因素是快递跟进者的资源获取能力,快递跟进者在具有强竞争力的条件下适合无价值争夺策略和价值延伸策略;相反,则应采用价值创造“填补空白”策略并与先行者形成相互依存、共栖共生的关系。

Abstract:The market competition is intense day by day, the express followers should know how to choose competitive tactics? About this problem, based on the analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the express followers, the article builds the models of competition tactics, which often be used in species' interactions. In the view of the competition and competitors, the key important factor which influences the tactics selection of the followers is the ability of obtaining resource, The express followers should use decision of no value or value decision of extending if he is full of strong competitive, on the contrary, it should use the value decision of "fill in the blank" and keep a kind of harmonic relationship with the competitors.
