河南省上市公司规模与质量问题分析

近几年河南企业上市步伐明显加快,但在规模与质量上仍存在很多问题。通过区域比较和上市公司年报指标分析可以发现:河南省上市公司数量少,规模小,与经济大省的地位不相称;企业上市步伐提速偏慢;整体实力偏弱,业绩欠佳;股权结构出现两极分化现象,民营企业股权结构相对合理,而国有企业中"一股独大"现象愈演愈烈;融资结构不够理想,内源性融资与直接融资特别是债券融资比重偏低,流动负债比例偏大;上市公司的地区与行业分布不尽合理,等等。对此,河南省应以中原经济区建设为契机,进一步挖掘上市资源,加快企业上市步伐,特别是推动优势产业和战略重点产业加快发展,提升上市公司的综合实力和竞争力,实现其上市后的兴旺发达,为河南省的经济社会发展提供牢固的物质基础。

An Analysis of the Scale and Quality of Listed Companies in Henan Province

In recent years the listing pace of Henan enterprises has markedly accelerated, but there are still many problems on the scale and quality. Regional comparison and analysis of listed companies＇annual reports index reveal the following problems of the listed com- panies in Henan Province ： the number and scale are not good enough for the major economic status, the listing pace is slower, their of verall strength and performance remain poor, their equity structure falls in polarization and financing structures are not ideal, and their regional and industry distribution are not quite reasonable.
