| 摘 要： | 在丰富的中华传统道德遗产中，重视道德的社会作用和从政者的道德修养，以及忠、孝、诚、信、礼、义、廉、耻等道德规范，结合今天的实际，加以改造，综合创新，赋予新的时代精神，对于“以德治国”方略的实施，有开发利用和借鉴的价值。

| Abstract: | Among the abundant legacy of Chinese traditional ethics, we should pay attention to its social effects and ethical recuperation of governors. Loyalism, filial duty, fidelity, faith, courtesy, justice, upright as well as disgrace, which are regarded as ethical criterion should also be taken seriously. Combined with nowadays' reality, the criterion ought to be reformed, comprehensively innovated or applied to a new epochal spirit. It also lends its value on exploring, application as well as reference when the strategy of 'ethical regulation' is carried on. |
