| 摘 要： | 皖南山区独特的地理气候条件使该地区生物多样性极其丰富,野生可食植物种类繁多。现今山野菜作为一种天然、营养而健康的绿色食品,已受到人们的高度重视。本文概述了皖南山区野生可食植物的资源现状,并对其资源保护与进一步开发利用提出一些建议。

The Exploitation and Ultilization on Wild Edible Plants Resources in the Southern Mountain Area of AnHui Province |

| Abstract: | The Characteristic climatal and geological conditions in the southern mountain area of AnHui province led to the rich diversity, especially in wild edible plants. Nowadays, wild edible plants are focused on as a kind of nutrent, natural and healthy food by people. This paper gives a general view of the wild edible plant resources in the southern moutain area of AnHui Province, and offers several suggestions on how to protect and ultilize these precious resources. |
