摘    要:介绍了复杂系统理论及复合系统理论,运用复合系统理论分析了联合作战的作战能力量化问题。提出了将联合作战中武器装备打击能力、机动能力、防护能力、信息能力、保障能力作为组合系统序参量,通过计算序参量的有序度及复合系统协调度来研究与量化联合作战的“联合增效”作用,由此量化出联合作战部队的综合作战能力。

Abstract:The paper briefly introduces complex system and compound system theories. The quantification of joint operations combat capabilities is analyzed by the compound system theories. The paper presents that striking capabilities, mobility capabilities, protection capabilities, information capabilities and supply capabilities are regarded as the order parameters of compound system. Finally, synergistic effectiveness in joint operations is quantified by calculating ordering degree of order parameters and coordinating degree of compound system. And integrating operational capabilities is obtained by further calculation.
