| 摘 要： | 结合目前Intemet(WEB)技术发展动向，对Microsoft提出的ActiveX技术进行了研究，阐述了ActiveX技术与WEB站点建设和桌面程序开发的关系，利用Visual Basic开发ActiveX部件的步骤和方法，应用强大的开发工具使得服务器及客户端得以开发、网站建设变得更简单，并容易扩展和重用。最后分析了ActiveX技术的发展前景。
