| 摘 要： | 以80％的热乙醇浸提马铃薯(Solanum tuberosum)植株茎叶,提取液浓缩后溶于10％醋酸,以三氯甲烷萃取后醋酸液调pH等于10,加热得到沉淀,用95％乙醇重结晶后得到白色粉状物质,离体培养马铃薯的黄化萌条节段(MS培养基),100ppm的上述物质可使块茎形成率提高1倍,并促进块茎的生长。
