蒙藏委员会在蒙藏施政的积极作用

蒙藏委员会承接北洋政府的蒙藏局、蒙藏院，是南京国民政府治理蒙藏的中央机构。其存在的二十余年，正是内乱频仍、列强窥伺、边疆危机严重的时期，蒙藏委员会成立之后，调查边情、服务决策，宣慰致祭、沟通中央地方，处理蒙藏重要事务，团结地方政教人士，促进蒙藏教事业，为维护民族团结和祖国统一做出了巨大的贡献。

On the Mongolian and Tibetan Committee's Positive Role in Governing Mongolia and Tibet

Through succeeding the Mongolian and Tibetan Affairs bureau, the Mongolian and Tibetan Department of the Beiyang government, Mongolian and Tibetan committee was the central agency of the Nanjing national government to control Mongolia and Tibet. The period of its 20 years＇ existence was precisely the time when the civil war broke out, foreign powers were attempting to invade, and the frontier was in crisis. After Mongolian and Tibetan committee was established, it devoted to the investigation of border situation, the service of decision-making, making reassuring announcements and offering a sacrifice, the communication of central and the local government, handling the Mongolian and Tibetan affairs, unifying local people of different religions, promoting Mongolian and Tibetan education. To safeguard national unity and the reunification of the motherland, it made the tremendous contributions. This paper briefly talks about the Mongolian and Tibetan committee and its administration in Mongolia and Tibet.
