盆锥式螺管电磁铁动态特性的数值分析

摘    要:本文以磁场数值计算为基础,取电压源的盆锥式螺管电磁铁为研究对象,采用多元函数的插值过程,将有限元素法与电磁铁动特性微分方程组的求解相联系,从而提出了一种计算电压源电磁铁动特性的数值计算方法。该方法对于几何参数及导磁体材料不变的电磁铁,只要建立数据网格函数,就可方便地计算不同激磁电压或任意反力函数的电磁铁动特性,大幅度地减少了计算工作量。用本文提出的方法计算了盆锥式螺管电磁铁的动特性,计算数据与实验结果比较一致,文中还对不同负载时的电磁铁进行了动态分析。

Abstract:A new method of calculating the dynamic characteristics of a basin-conic solenoidal magnet excited by voltage source is presented. This method is in ess- ence the combination of the Finite Element Method for solving the magnetic field problems and the solution of nonlinear differential equations of transient processes. It makes use of multivariate interpolation to realize the connection between these two approaches, thus the method proposed is based on field calcu- aton. The advantage of the method is that once the functions of the data net for a magnet given dimension were set up, it is convenient to calculate the dynamic characteristics of the magnet under different exciting voltages or mechanical loads, and the quantity of calculation will be greatly reduced. The dynamic characteristics of a basin-conic solenoidal magnet have been computed. The good agreement between calculation and test results indicates that the method proposed is satisfactory. The analysis of dynamic characteristics undar different loads is also presented in this paper.
