| 摘 要： | 在分析了国内外外来有害生物造成的严重危害和当前面临严峻疫情形势的基础上,提出了加强植物检疫基础和防御体系建设、加大监测控制力度等防止外来有害生物入侵的对策．

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the serious damage and the invasion trend of exotic pests, and suggested the strategies for prevention the exotic pests from invasion should include strengthening the infrastructure of plant quarantine, establishing the precaution system and consolidating the monitoring survey. |
