| 摘 要： | 钢球磨煤机噪声是电站锅炉的主要噪声源之一,噪声超过100dB（A）.通过对DTM 350/600型球磨机筒体噪声进行测试分析,利用吸声、隔声和阻尼减隔振的降噪原理,开发设计了多层结构隔声套.该隔声套应用于DTM 350/600型球磨机简体噪声治理,治理后的磨煤机噪声降低了15.8dB（A）,取得了较满意的降噪效果.

| Abstract: | The noise produced by ball mills is over 100 dB(A) and is the main noise from boilers in power plants.The noise characteristics of DTM 350/600 ball mill were tested and analyzed in the paper.Based on the comprehensive principle of sound absorption,insulation and damping,a new-type noise insulation slipcover applied to control the noise of the cylinder of ball mill was designed.The noise insulation slipcover has been put into use on DTM 350/600 ball mill and make the noise level of ball mill decrease about 15.8 dB(A). |
