珍珠柴提取物对甜菜夜蛾的生物活性研究

摘    要:以珍珠柴的6种溶剂提取物对甜菜夜蛾进行生物活性的测定.结果显示,珍珠柴提取物对甜菜夜蛾有显著的拒食活性和产卵忌避活性.丙酮提取物、乙醇提取物及甲醇提取物在质量浓度200.00g/L时,48h的选择性拒食率均高达100.00%;乙酸乙酯提取物在质量浓度200.00g/L时,24h的选择性产卵忌避率最高,达到96.53%,丙酮提取物和乙醇提取物的选择性产卵忌避率也较高,能够达到95.89%和93.58%;6种溶剂提取物的触杀作用和杀卵作用都不明显,几乎没有胃毒活性.

Abstract:Different concentrations of 6kinds of crude extracts fromSalsola passerina Bunge were selected for bioassay of action on Laphygma exigua.The results showed that,the extracts fromS.passerina showed evident antifeedant effect and inhibiting oviposition effect on L.exigua.When the concentration of the acetone extract,ethanol extract,methanol extract was 200.00g/L,the antifeedant rate on L.exiguain choice tests was 100%in 48 hours.When the concentration of the ether acetate extract was 200.00g/L,the oviposition deterrent rate in choice tests in 24hours was the highest,reached 96.53%.Oviposition deterrent rates of the acetone extract and ethanol extract in choice tests were higher,reached 95.89%and 93.58%,respectively.All the 6kinds of extracts had no evident activity on contact toxic action or ovicidal action of L.exigua,had no stomach poison activity.
