GC-MS分析西兰花乙醇提取物的化学成分

摘    要:利用微波萃取法与气相色谱-质谱联用仪分析法研究西兰花乙醇提取物中的化学成分,为进一步研究西兰花的营养价值与保健功效提供依据.将样品质谱图与标准谱图库中的谱图进行对比,鉴定出45种成分,并采用峰面积归一化法计算相对含量,表明这45种成分占总成分的85.05%.

Abstract:By using microwave-assisted extraction, the chemical components in ethanol extract from broccoli were analyzed by gas chromatography mass spectrometry ( GC-MS ) .The method is reliable, and can be used for researching the nutrition value and health function of broccoli.45kinds of individual components were identified by comparison of both mass spectra and GC retention time with those existing in the data system libraries.The relative abundances of the components were determined by normalization methods, showing that the 45kinds of components occupied 85.05% of total mass.
